We use this information to manage invitations, track RSVPs, coordinate wedding events, and send important updates.
We may use basic website analytics and hosting logs to understand traffic and maintain the site.
We may share information with service providers that help us host the site or send event-related communications, but only as needed for those services.
We do not sell guest personal information.
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for wedding planning, event coordination, recordkeeping, or legal obligations.

This website is provided for wedding guests to review event information and submit RSVP details. By using the site, you agree to use it only for personal, non-commercial wedding planning purposes related to this event.

SMS program & A2P terms

Wedding-related text messages are sent only to invited guests who provide a mobile number and separately opt in using the SMS consent checkbox on our RSVP form. Message content is limited to RSVP confirmations, schedule reminders, transportation and shuttle updates, venue and logistics notices, and similar event-day information for Sidney and James’s wedding. This is not used for unrelated marketing or third-party promotions.

Frequency and rates. Message frequency varies and is typically about one to six messages total before and during the wedding events. Message and data rates may apply; those rates are set by your mobile carrier, not by us.

Opt out and help. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. For carrier help instructions, reply HELP. You may also withdraw SMS consent by updating your RSVP or by emailing sidneyandjameswedding@gmail.com. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to RSVP or attend the wedding.

STOP and HELP handling. Our messaging provider (Twilio) applies standard handling for these keywords on supported routes so that opt-out and help requests are honored where technically available. Guest replies are not used for open-ended conversation.
